3月26日から商品がそちらに届く度に「Scan Fee」という名目で課金がされるようになりました。
過去の履歴を確認すると同じ名目はありますが、課金は一切されておりません。
なぜ突然課金がされるようになったのですか？

I noticed that a "Scan Fee" has been added to my invoices starting on March 26th.
There used to be the same line item on invoices; however, I was never charged for it.
Could you please let me know the reason why you started to charge me for this?

It has just been charged on an item as "Scan Fee" every time you receive he product from Mar-26 though.
You have never charged on this Scan Fee even though there is the same item same if I checked the past history. Could you let me know why you charge sudｄenly ?
