Tripod専用ケースに複数の穴が開いていました。
前回の注文分では3台中2台。前々回の注文分では2台中1台です。前々回は偶然だと思い報告しませんでした。
次回からは穴が開かないようにBubble Wrapで包装してください。
2つのTripodケースの無償提供は可能ですか？

In my last order I also found holes on two from the three items. In my order before the last time, I fount holes one from the two items. That time I thought that it was accident and did not reported it to you.
From this time, please securely wrap them with Bubble Wrap so that ho holes should be made.
Can you provide me with two cases for Tripod at no charge?

That would be wonderful, if you could prepare for the dispatch beforehand, so that it could be promptly sent.
