あれは表記と違います。

I bought it for my collection, but it was obviously used item because it was filled with ink.

Sorry for my late reply.
I had been meaning to get back but....
I purchased it for my collection but the ink is flawed and it appears to be second hand. It is different to how it was presented.
I'd like to return it so please tell me the return address.
