返送した3件の荷物に関しまして送料は一切かかっていません。
全て貴社の会社印を押して受領されていることは間違いありません。
日本のDHLから香港DHLへ連絡がいきます。
もし、貴社へ輸送費用の請求があったならば他の荷物と間違えていませんか？
色々と協力していただいたことは感謝しております。
すみやかに返金の対応をお願いします。

I checked with DHL Japan.
Regarding the 3 package which I sent back to you, there is no shipping cost at all.
All of them are received with your company's stamp.
DHL Japan will contact with DHL HongKong.
If they charged you the import cost, are you wrong with another package?

Please arrange the refund asap.

There were no shipping fees for the returned 3 items.
They all have your company seals and you must be received the item.
Normally DHL Japan informs DHL Hong Kong.
If you were asked for the shipment charge, maybe it is for a different percel.
I appreciate your cooperation.
I hope you can manage this matter and the money will be refunded soon.

I confirmed with Japan's DHL. There was no fee for the 3 packages returned. There is not a doubt that everything was accepted with your compan's stamp. Japan's DHL will contact Hong Kong's DHL. If there was shipment invoice sent to your company, could it have been for separate package? I appreciate your cooperation with all of this. I request you promptly issue a refund.
