【至急】欠陥品について
この前届いた商品に汚れが付いてたので、同じ商品を再購入しそれが本日届きましたが、この前の物よりもっと汚れていました。拭いても取れない黒い点や傷が、外側と内側にいっぱいありました！添付写真をご確認下さい。友人のプレゼト用に買ったので非常に急いでいます。先程又同じ商品を購入したので、早急に必ず検品し汚れのない綺麗な物を送って下さい。又、先に届いた物は返品しますが、1600円かかった関税もそちらのお店から返金できますか？早めの対応よろしくお願いします。

[URGENT] About the defective item
Since the item I received before was stained, I have newly bought the same item, and today I received it. But the one I received today was much stained than the one before. Many black dots which cannot be removed and scratches are found inside and outside of it! Please look at the picture. I bought this as a gift for my friend, so I urgently need solution. I bought the same one before, so please resend me an unstained clean one, duly after inspecting it. I will return the one I have received, but can you refund me the custom tax (1,600 yen) which incurred to me? I look forward to the prompt solution.
