If there is no necessary information like your shop's stamp on the warranty card,
you can't receive repair service at Chanel shops in Japan.
Please send me back the warranty card with the necessary information like your shop's stamp filled in.
If you did so in the first place, we wouldn't have to go through this process.

It is not my expectation what you replied. I've already received the product and also sent my warranty card to your store in the beginning of March. It would be no available for Channel's dealer store to accept to repair without any certificated note like your store's stamp. Please send the warranty card to me with the certificated note such as your store's stamp. It would be not happened such this problem if you noted such the stamp on the warranty card from the beginning.
