しかし残念ながら、商品の中にオリジナルボックスにダメージがあるものがいくつかありました。
オリジナルボックスにダメージがある場合、通常価格では売ることができず割引しないといけません。
本日、次の商品の輸送手続きを致しました。
今回の様なことができるだけ無い様に、しっかりした梱包と分厚いダンボールに商品を入れて送るようにして下さい。
今後とも末永いお付き合いが続きますよう願っております。

Thank you very much for shipping the package No...........
But I am afraid that some of original boxes were damaged.
We can not sell items with damaged boxes for normal price, but with discount.
I have made an arrangement for next purchase shipment.
Please pack them properly and use strong cardboard box not to happen it again.
I hope we will have long relationship in the future.

However, several of the items have been damaged on their original boxes. I will not be able to sell these at their regular price, and must discount them.
Today, I have completed the procedures to ship out the next product.
I hope you will be careful not to let the items get damaged this time, preferably by tightly packaging, and using thick cardboard boxes to contain the items.
I wish for us to be able to maintain business for a long time.
