I've waited to hear from you for a couple of days, but I didn't receive anything, so I decided to submit an escalation. I suggested you to fix the tool, but you requested to return the item multiple times.
I will return the item as you requested, but please make sure to do the following.

1. Please refund $410 that I paid via Paypal first.
2. The item is in Japan. I will ship the item freight collect, so please pay for the cost.

I have waited 2-3 days for your reply, however since no reply has come I have had no choice but to escalate this claim. Though I have expressed that I feel it would be best for these tools to be fixed, you have demanded many times that the goods be returned to you. In order to return this to you as you requested, please abide by the following two points.

1. Return the $410 that I paid via Paypal.
2. The goods are currently in Japan. In order to return them please pay for the postage on delivery.
