I've waited to hear from you for a couple of days, but I didn't receive anything, so I decided to submit an escalation. I suggested you to fix the tool, but you requested to return the item multiple times.
I will return the item as you requested, but please make sure to do the following.

Though I have expressed that I feel it would be best for these tools to be fixed, you have demanded many times that the goods be returned to you. In order to return this to you as you requested, please abide by the following two points.
1. Return the $410 that I paid via Paypal.
