I have contacted PayPal and they told me it's a technical error on your side. I would like you to confirm. If the process doesn't go well I would like to cancel it please.

Since the blue sign wasn't shown on the page of eBay, I contacted PayPal and found out that some functional erros on your side caused it. Please confirm it. I sent $91.63 to you via Paypal through Japan Credit Company, but it doesn't show on the ebay, so I checked with Paypal and they said there has been an systematic error on your end. Could you kindly check? Also, if you cannot fix it, could you please cancel the transaction?

I contacted to PayPal customer service and was told that the error occurred because your setting may be invalid. I would appreciate if you could check your PayPal setting so I can make my payment.
