また別件ですが、SUS製のキャンセル費用について、まだお支払いを頂いていないようです。

本件至急ご確認いただき、ご入金日の御連絡をお願い致します。
ミッシングカーゴについては、日本のDHLへ再度状況を確認中です。

Regarding the new order, we haven't received any notification yet.
The screenshot you attached shows SAP, but has your company's ordering system changed?
I would be grateful if you could check it as I don't think we have received any notification of this to our company.
Also, we have not yet received payment for the SUS cancellation fee.
(The invoice is attached to the attached email.)
Please check this matter immediately and let us know the date of payment.
As for the Missing Cargo, we are in the process of checking the situation again with DHL in Japan.
