ConsigneeからShipperへ下記メールが転送されてきました。CMAは、Gensetが必要な場合、日本側で予約が必要になったのでしょうか？CMA JAPANへ問い合わせをしても解決せず、CMA USAに確認してくれと言われました、次回船積みを控えておりますのでご教示いただけますでしょうか。ちなみに、PO No.Aの案件はGENSETを使用することができたか、状況が分かれば教えてください。

The following email has been forwarded from Consignee to Shipper. If CMA needs Genset, may we confirm if the Japanese side needs to make a reservation or not? We have asked the same query to CMA JAPAN but am yet to find a solution. They requested us to confirm with CMA USA. Incidentally, please also let me know if you were able to use Genset for PO No. A.

CMA, if it were needed for Genset, was it necessary for the Japanese side? It cannot be solved even to have asked to CNA Japan and told to check it to CMA USA. Could you check it as there is a next shipping? By the way, please let me know if PO No.A case has been able to use. GENSET
