本日DHLで荷物が到着しました。
検品したところ以下の商品が不足しています。
商品番号123 注文3個 到着2個 1不足
商品番号234 注文20個 到着10個 10不足
インボイスには123が3個、234が20個と記載してあり、商品代金も3個と20個分支払い済みです。
年末で申し訳ございませんが、不足分の商品の手配を至急お願いいたします。
既に輸入関税や諸費用は注文数量に対して政府に支払い済みなので、再送の際、商品代金は0円サンプルと記載して発送ください。
