I finally found it is confirmed Topaz because of a special method inspection that was made twice.
I learnt that Phenacite and Topaz are completely different from the analysis.
I paid 72 dollars for both gem identification as well as the inspection.
I will return the item if you accept the refund, but the shipping is rather expensive.
This is not our fault, so please pay this shipping cost as well.
You need to pay the expense for the inspection, too.
To do so, please let me know your postal number, shipping address, name and phone number.
