工程表の通り、6月末も100本を出荷としていますが、50本製作した時点で、先に出荷してほしいというご要望でしょうか？
もしそうであれば、50本の最短納期を確認致します。
36というのは36本は更に急いでいるということでしょうか？
追加で100本又は200本のご注文をご要望されていることはAさんから聞いております。
現状のフォーキャストで生産キャパは限界のため、出来て11月に100本、12月に100本の出荷が
出来るかどうかというところです。

I heard from A that you want to make and extra order of 100 or 200 units.

We are seeing the current status of production and we estimate to ship 100 pcs in November or 100 pcs in December despite our production being fully running at the moment.
