現在Aは新型へ移行処理中で、通常は即時出力可能なデータがすぐに出せない状況です。(今急いで対応していますがもう1,2日かかります)申し訳ありませんがもう少しお待ち下さい
また問い合わせの件は対応の優先順位を教えて頂けないでしょうか。こちらの都合で申し訳ありませんが、私は年間業務時間制限に抵触しそうで長時間の対応が出来ません。案件の内容によっては弊部から他部署へ問い合わせなければ分からないものもあります。

Also, please let me know the priority of handling those inquiries. We are terribly sorry about my personal issue, but I am afraid I cannot work overtime as I am subject to the limit of working hours for a year. Depending upon the inquiry, I need to consult another section.
