複数件問い合わせを頂いているにも関わらず返信が滞っており申し訳ありません。
現在Aは新型へ移行処理中で、通常は即時出力可能なデータがすぐに出せない状況です。(今急いで対応していますがもう1,2日かかります)申し訳ありませんがもう少しお待ち下さい
また問い合わせの件は対応の優先順位を教えて頂けないでしょうか。こちらの都合で申し訳ありませんが、私は年間業務時間制限に抵触しそうで長時間の対応が出来ません。案件の内容によっては弊部から他部署へ問い合わせなければ分からないものもあります。

Due to the annual maximum overtime working hours constraints, depending on the request, other departments might need to be contacted in order to gather the information, hence there might be some delay.
