先程郵便局に確認したところ、郵便局側にミスがありました。
対応を考えさせて頂きたいので、24時間、お時間を頂けませんでしょうか。
明日以降でも、速達でしたらクリスマス前に受け取って頂けると思います。

I just inquired to the post office and it turned out that they made a mistake.
Can you give me 24 hours to come up a solution?
If I send it after tomorrow by special mail, I believe you should be able to receive it by Christmas.
Please get back to me and let me know what you think.

＊「速達」は一般的な意味で「special mail」と訳させていただきましたが、国際便で郵便局からエクスプレスメールを使用される場合などは、「Express Mail」と具体的にされた方が相手の方に解かりやすいかと思いますので、必要な場合は変更してください。

Let me think about it within 24 hours.Can you spare that much time?
I think till tommorow, with express delivery you will receive the parcel before chirstmas.

I have just checked with the post office and they said they had made a mistake.
I want to think about how to handle this so could you please let me have 24h to think things through?
Even if I make a shipment tomorrow, if I send it special delivery, it should get to you before Christmas.
