Terms of Paymentの①について、それぞれ所定のDocument提出後のT/T払いとなっていますが、
提出から何日後に支払われるのか記載されていません。記載をお願い致します。
準拠法の定めがなかったので、英国法を追記しました。
Arbitrationは中国での仲裁が提案されていますが、
公平性の観点からシンガポールでの仲裁に修正しています。
Contract に新たに添付されていた 資料についての追加費用ですが、
下記2点でコストインパクトと納期インパクトが発生致します。

Regarding (1) of "Terms of Payment", it says that the payment is to be made after the submission of the prescribed documents.
However, it does not say how many days after the submission the payment will be made. Please describe.
Since there was no governing law, we have added English law.
Arbitration is proposed to be conducted in China.
However, in the interest of fairness, the arbitration was revised to be held in Singapore.
As for the additional costs for the materials newly attached to the Contract, we have added the following two items.
The following two items will have a cost impact and a delivery impact.

Regarding ① on “Terms of Payment”, it says that T/T payment after submission of Document for each, there is no explanation after how many days after the submission the payment made. So, please describe that.
The rule on the governing law is not present, therefore, I added it for the law of England.
Although the arbitration is proposed in China, I have revised it to that of Singapore, from the standpoint of fairness.
