I'm getting worried about it very much as it was shipped from outward office of exchange more than 1 month ago.
Can you please tell me about how many days it takes to arrive in Japan?

As for No. XXX ordered, it has not reached in Japan yet.
It worries us to have not been arrived after being shipped by outward office of exchange more than 1 month ago.
Do you know about how many days later it will arrive in Japan?
If you do not know, it is helpful for us to be checked the product's condition.
