Key money, Selling price ;
Otsu must pay 100 million dollars as key money to Kou before Otsu as the secondary agency sells products of Kou. All the key money can be paid back to Otsu in L/C(not to be canceled) within 6 months after Otsu orders an electric generator. Without order it will be refunded. Selling price can be set basically according to the selling price list, the attached sheet of paper. If Otsu changes and raises the list price, Otsu needs the approval of the higher agency.
