・日本の検査機関への配送について
本日、日本の検査機関へ製品仕様書を事前確認の為、提出したところ大丈夫だと返答が有りました。
検査に必要な書類は全て揃いましたので、製品の写真は必要無くなりました。
製品仕様書を送りさせて頂きます。
製品仕様書の右下に、”Manufacturer signature”と表記が有りますので、こちらにインボイスと同様の押印をお願いします。
今回送りした、製品仕様書(右下に押印が必要)とインボイスを２個の商品と一緒に、検査機関へ輸送をお願いします。

Sending to inspection company in Japan
I submitted a specification of the item to the inspection company in Japan for checking in advance today, and they said that it is fine.
As all the documents required for the inspection are prepared, we do not need a picture of the item.
I will send the specification of the item.
As "manufacturer signature" is listed at bottom right of the specification, please put a seal here in the same way as the invoice.
Please send the specification (seal is necessary at bottom right) we sent this time and invoice to the inspection company with two items.

As I have been able to prepare all of the documents needed for inspection, there is no longer a need for the pictures of the product.
I will now send the product specifications document.
