・日本の検査機関への配送について
本日、日本の検査機関へ製品仕様書を事前確認の為、提出したところ大丈夫だと返答が有りました。
検査に必要な書類は全て揃いましたので、製品の写真は必要無くなりました。
製品仕様書を送りさせて頂きます。
製品仕様書の右下に、”Manufacturer signature”と表記が有りますので、こちらにインボイスと同様の押印をお願いします。
今回送りした、製品仕様書(右下に押印が必要)とインボイスを２個の商品と一緒に、検査機関へ輸送をお願いします。
・Regarding the shipment to the Japanese inspection agency
Today, I received a reply confirming that it is alright, after submitting the product specifications document to the Japanese inspection agency for confirmation in advance.
As I have been able to prepare all of the documents needed for inspection, there is no longer a need for the pictures of the product.
I will now send the product specifications document.
On the bottom right of the product specifications document, there is a "Manufacturer signature" notation, so please provide the same seal there as the invoice.
Please send the documents sent this time - the product specifications document (which needs a seal on the bottom right), the invoice, and the 2 products - to the inspection agency.
