I had no time to propose a new item at all since I spent much time gaining back the trust from my client which have been complaining due to overdue. It is disadvantageous as client will purchase from wholesalers which obtain information faster if it is under same conditions. Our company and client are making direct dealing under flavourful conditions but for the items with more difficult conditions, the dealing is made via us. This time round, I suppose the due was delayed because the day the order was made was the order due. It is a problem that the arrival of the parcels have been delayed for two months despite the payment having been made.

I have no enough time to make a new proposal because I have been busy to get the trust back from the customer who is complained about the delay of delivery.
If under the same condition, I am disadvantageous due to the customer can get an information earlier. The headquarters and the customer are dealing with reach other directly for when in a good condition but for the difficult matter, they are dealing with us. Regarding the matter, I suppose the period of ordering was the deadline date of the order so that that resulted delay in delivery. This is an issue that the arrival of the item has been delayed for 2 months even I completed in payment as the item would be shipped.

I did not have much time to spend to propose a new idea due to deal with get credibility recovery from the customer that we got complains because delay of delivery date.
If it is the same requirement, customers get stocks from wholesale stores so it is not good conditions for us.
The head office and the customers deal directly if there are in good conditions, but in case of strict conditions, they deal with through us. In this case, I guess the reason why the delivery date delayed is that the time they ordered was the same time as the due date of order. The problem is it already passed two months the cargo's arrival, even paid money because the order was supposed to be shipped.
