納期遅れでクレームになっている客先の信用を取り戻す為に時間を費やして、新作案件の提案をする時間が全くありませんでした。同じ条件ならば、早く情報をもらっている問屋から客先は仕入れるので、不利な状況です。本社とお客さんは、都合のいい条件の場合は直接取引をして、条件が厳しい案件に関しては、僕たちを通して取引しています。この件ですが、発注した時期はオーダー締め切り日だったので納期が遅れたのだと思います。商品が出荷されるから代金を払ったのに、荷物の到着が2か月経過している事が問題です。
I did not have much time to spend to propose a new idea due to deal with get credibility recovery from the customer that we got complains because delay of delivery date.
If it is the same requirement, customers get stocks from wholesale stores so it is not good conditions for us.
The head office and the customers deal directly if there are in good conditions, but in case of strict conditions, they deal with through us. In this case, I guess the reason why the delivery date delayed is that the time they ordered was the same time as the due date of order. The problem is it already passed two months the cargo's arrival, even paid money because the order was supposed to be shipped.
