納期遅れでクレームになっている客先の信用を取り戻す為に時間を費やして、新作案件の提案をする時間が全くありませんでした。同じ条件ならば、早く情報をもらっている問屋から客先は仕入れるので、不利な状況です。本社とお客さんは、都合のいい条件の場合は直接取引をして、条件が厳しい案件に関しては、僕たちを通して取引しています。この件ですが、発注した時期はオーダー締め切り日だったので納期が遅れたのだと思います。商品が出荷されるから代金を払ったのに、荷物の到着が2か月経過している事が問題です。

I have no enough time to make a new proposal because I have been busy to get the trust back from the customer who is complained about the delay of delivery.
If under the same condition, I am disadvantageous due to the customer can get an information earlier. The headquarters and the customer are dealing with reach other directly for when in a good condition but for the difficult matter, they are dealing with us. Regarding the matter, I suppose the period of ordering was the deadline date of the order so that that resulted delay in delivery. This is an issue that the arrival of the item has been delayed for 2 months even I completed in payment as the item would be shipped.
