The sounds of throwing something to the floor have stopped only in the morning.

Sometimes I woke up by the sounds of something like dragging chairs.
The sounds of children’s running and jumping are annoying even when I watch TV and I feel the vibration at the same time.
On Memorial Day, they were running all day long.
Did they accept your suggestion of laying a carpet when you talked with them?
Please tell them that we want them to lay a carpet as soon as possible and not to run around for a long time.
Laying a carpet will surely reduce the sounds of dragging and playing around on the floor, I presume.
