I purchased a golf club from you on the other day with an ID : zatouichi11.
The golf club I got from you arrived broken.
I went to the driving range today to try it out, but I started hearing a clang from inside the club head just after the first few swings.
I assume that the burr inside the gold club head is chipped.
Kindly make a full refund to me including the return shipping fee.

This golf club (ID:zatouichi11) is the one I purchased from you day before yesterday.
The golf club that I purchased from you was broken.
Today while practicing when I striked it first time, the inside of head with multiple balls made a "karaan karaan" sound.
I think the barrier in the head is lost.
Please refund me the whole amount including the postage.
