なぜなら
・マニュアルCDやクイックスタートガイドがありません。
・RUNで95.88mile・13時間30分、BIKEで87.65mile・約７時間の使用記録が残っている。
・液晶表面にあるはずの保護シートがついていない。
・その他ユーザ情報や各種設定に設定した跡が見られる。
返品と返金の対応をお願いします。

I am (user name) who won the bid for (item name and number).
I cannot consider this item to be a new item so I would like to return it and receive a refund for the amount including the service charge.
The reason for this is:
・There is no manual CD or quick-start guide.
・It has recorded on it RUN: 95.88 miles, 13 hours 30 minutes; BIKE: 87.65 mile, about 7 hours.
・The protective sheet that should be on the liquid crystal screen was not there.
・I could see the previous user name and various settings on it.
Please accept my request to return the item and receive a refund.

The item I received is apparently not a brand-new item, so I will return this to you and please refund me including the costs incurred for returning.
It is not a brand-new item because:
- It does not come with user’s manual, CD nor quick start guide;
- It had record of usage of total 7 hours: 95.88 miles at RUN, 87.65 miles at BIKE;
- The protection sheet which should be on the LCD display is missing.
- The settings such as user information had been changed by supposed prior user.
Please accept the returning and refund me.
