前回、必要書類を提出した際、クレジットカードの明細に記載されてあった住所が、旧住所だったので、アカウントが一時停止になっておりました

現住所が記載されたAMEX明細が発行されたので、添付いたします。明細１枚目の左下に現住所が載ってます

また、再度パスポート画像と運転免許証の画像も添付いたします。運転免許証は日本の場合、裏面に現住所が記載されます。運転免許証の表面は旧住所です。顔写真が載っている面が表で、写真がないほうが裏です

ご確認の上、アカウントを再開していただければ幸いです。

The last time you submitted the required documents, your account was suspended because the address on the credit card statement was old.

An AMEX statement with your current address has been issued and is be attached. Your current address is on the bottom left of the first statement.

The passport image and driver’s license image is also re-attached. If you have a driver's license in Japan, your current address will be printed on the back, with the old address on the front. FYI; the front refers to the side with your photo, and the back is the side with no photo.

I would appreciate it if you could verify and reopen the account.

主語が全部間違っています。you ではなく、my です。このまま誤って相手に送ってしまいました。。。

ご迷惑をかけてしまい大変申し訳ございませんでした！ 日本語では「you」とか「my」等を普通に示さないのでたまにこういうことになってしまいます。これからこういうことにならないよう、翻訳依頼を提出する括弧に(私)などを入れたほうが良いかと思います。

My account was temporarily suspended as the address written in the credit card information on the required documents, which I had submitted last time, was old.

Please find attached an AMEX statement with my current address.
The address is shown on the first page at the left side down.

Also, I've attached pictures of my passport and driver's license again.
In Japan, the current address is shown on the back of the driver's license.
The old address is shown on the front side.
The side with a head shot is the front and the other side is the back.

I would appreciate it if you would review it and resume my account.

When the necessary paperwork were submitted last time, the address on the credit card statement was the old one and because of that, the account was temporarily suspended.

AMEX statement with the current address is issued so I have attached it. You can find the current address on the bottom left of the 1st page of the statement.

I have also attached the photos from the passport and the driver's licence. Driver's licence in Japan has the current address on the back. The front side of the driver's licence has the old address. The side with the picture is the front and the side without the photo is the back.
