前回、必要書類を提出した際、クレジットカードの明細に記載されてあった住所が、旧住所だったので、アカウントが一時停止になっておりました
現住所が記載されたAMEX明細が発行されたので、添付いたします。明細１枚目の左下に現住所が載ってます
また、再度パスポート画像と運転免許証の画像も添付いたします。運転免許証は日本の場合、裏面に現住所が記載されます。運転免許証の表面は旧住所です。顔写真が載っている面が表で、写真がないほうが裏です
ご確認の上、アカウントを再開していただければ幸いです。
The last time you submitted the required documents, your account was suspended because the address on the credit card statement was old.
An AMEX statement with your current address has been issued and is be attached. Your current address is on the bottom left of the first statement.
The passport image and driver’s license image is also re-attached. If you have a driver's license in Japan, your current address will be printed on the back, with the old address on the front. FYI; the front refers to the side with your photo, and the back is the side with no photo.
I would appreciate it if you could verify and reopen the account.
