御社の商品A123を購入された顧客より、取扱説明書の不備について問合せがありました。
組立制作図では、↑の印がついている部品があるのですが、記号の説明書とパッケージの中にある部品には、
↑の印がついたものがありません。
組立設計図に記載している記号が間違って記載されているのか、記号の説明書に↑の記号抜けていて、部品も抜けているのか、至急調査してください。
制作できずに顧客が大変困っておられます。
できるだけ早い返答を御待ちしています。
We received a inquiry about an defect of instruction manual from customer who purchased your product A123.
On the assembly production drawing, there is a part marked by ↑, but in the mark manual and parts in the package didn't have that part.
Please make a investigation promptly if the mark on the assembly production drawing was shown by wrong or mark manual lacks the mark ↑ and also didn't have that part.
Our customer is in trouble that he cannot complete it.

Customer who bought my company product A123 said to me complain about the mistake of instruction manual.
As design of structure is ↑mark component exists but the explation of sign and the component of the inside of the pakage are no↑mark.
The design of structure´s mark is wrong or the component of explation is no↑mark and no component,please check it out.
The customer can not work and have a problem very much.

A customer bought your item A123 had a contact with us the problem concerning the instruction manual. According to the assembling manual, there is a part with marked with ↑, there is no parts in package along with manual including the marks used.
