I can judge the items I bought from you is obviously used.There are many scratches on the body, and fingerprints and smudges are left on the display. There are lots of scratches and stains on the black stand for the tablet computer. The box is different from the new original one.
I want to return them, but I need to bear shipping fee. Since I am in Japan, shipping fee is expensive. So I am thinking about holding them, but in that case, I claim you pay back a part of price, say 40 to 50 dollars. In that way, I can be convinced.

The item I purchased from you is apparently a used one. There are some scratch marks and I see some fingerprints on the surface of the LC. The black stand of the tablet PC are scratched and dirty. The box is also not for a new product.
I would prefer to return the item but I have to pay for the shipping fee. It costs me a lot as I live in Japan. So I will accept this product but will claim $40-50 refund from you.

The item which I bought from you is clearly observed to be a used one. The main body has some scratches, and the LCD display has many fingerprints. Moreover, the black stand of the tablet PC has many scratches and stains. And the outer box is obviously not in a new condition.
