あなたから買った製品は明らかに中古であると判断できます。本体にはいくつかのキズがあり、液晶の表面には指紋の汚れが目立っています。タブレットPCの黒いスタンドにはたくさんのキズと汚れがありました。外箱も新品の箱と異なります。
私はあなたに返品したいですが、送料をこちらで負担しなくてはいけません。私は日本にいますので送料が高くついてしまいます。なので、そのまま買取する方向で検討していますが、その場合$40～$50の一部返金をあなたに要求します。それで私は納得します。

The item I purchased from you is apparently a used one. There are some scratch marks and I see some fingerprints on the surface of the LC. The black stand of the tablet PC are scratched and dirty. The box is also not for a new product.
I would prefer to return the item but I have to pay for the shipping fee. It costs me a lot as I live in Japan. So I will accept this product but will claim $40-50 refund from you.
