あなたから買った製品は明らかに中古であると判断できます。本体にはいくつかのキズがあり、液晶の表面には指紋の汚れが目立っています。タブレットPCの黒いスタンドにはたくさんのキズと汚れがありました。外箱も新品の箱と異なります。
私はあなたに返品したいですが、送料をこちらで負担しなくてはいけません。私は日本にいますので送料が高くついてしまいます。なので、そのまま買取する方向で検討していますが、その場合$40～$50の一部返金をあなたに要求します。それで私は納得します。
The item which I bought from you is clearly observed to be a used one. The main body has some scratches, and the LCD display has many fingerprints. Moreover, the black stand of the tablet PC has many scratches and stains. And the outer box is obviously not in a new condition.
I would like to return this to you, but if I bear the return shipping fee, it would cost much because I live in Japan. So I am considering to stay with this, but would like you to refund me $40 to $50. If you accept this offer, I will assent, though not so satisfied.
