I think you misunderstood my question.
The mail that I sent is from HMRC and is in regards to Amazon. Please double check this email.
Pertaining to TRANSACTION_EVENT_ID for FC Transfer, I would like to know how come the arrangement of its words was mixed up with another order.
Could your company explain this to HMRC?
If you are unable to do so, I will send a reply as it stands, so I hope that you will be able to offer them a clear answer.
