日本側のフォワダーと出荷日について相談しているのですが、GW直前で非常に船が混み合っており、配船が出来なかったと連絡を受けました。現状、5/7-8にフォワダー引き渡し予定です。
配船の問題のため、我々ではどうしようもない状況です。
宿泊費や交通費など諸経費の支払いについて確認させて下さい。
諸経費を一旦我々が立て替え、レシートを貴社に渡し、貴社が弊社に振込む形になるのでしょうか？
