この度は商品未着でお客様に多大な心配をおかけし申し訳ありません。輸送の問題とはいえ深くお詫び申し上げます。既にお伝えした通り商品は6日に発送済です。追跡番号を確認したところ、お客様の商品は既に日本を発ち英国へ向かっています。日本から貴国へ通常5日~10日で届きますが遅れていると思われます。輸送、通関に問題がなければ遅くとも来週半ばに到着すると思います。恐縮ですが来週迄お待ち頂けないでしょうか。商品には保険をかけておりますので万一紛失の際も同一品の再送または返金対応が可能です

As I informed you, the item was shipped on the 6th.
Having checked the tracking number, I found that the item left Japan and is now on the way to UK.
Usually, it should take 5 to 10 days from Japan to your country, however, there seems to be a delay.
If there is no problem with the transport and the customs clearance, it should arrive by the middle of next week at the latest.
I'm afraid to ask you to wait until next week.
I had the item fully covered, so in case that the item is lost, I will either send the same item again or give you a refund.

I apologize for causing you huge inconvenience because of undelivered item. It is a matter of transportation, however, I deeply apologize for this. As I already informed you, the item was already sent out on 6th. As I checked the tracking number, your item already left Japan and is being transported to UK. It usually takes about 5 to 10 days from Japan to your country, but I guess it is delayed. If there is no problem in transportation and customs clearance, I think it will arrive by middle of next week at latest. I'm afraid to ask but will you please wait till next week? The item is covered by insurance, so in case it is lost I can resend same item or make refund.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the major inconvenience it has been caused due to the non-delivery of the item for this occasion. Even though it is a transportation issue, we feel terribly sorry. As we informed you already, the item was shipped on 6th. As we confirmed the tracking number, your order has already left Japan for England. It normally takes 5 to 10 days to get to your country from Japan, but the delivery appears to have been delayed. Without any transportation/ customs issues, it should be at your door no later than mid next week or so. I am afraid but would you please wait till then? Your item is insured, so reshipping the same item or full refund is available in case of your item being lost.
