この度は商品未着でお客様に多大な心配をおかけし申し訳ありません。輸送の問題とはいえ深くお詫び申し上げます。既にお伝えした通り商品は6日に発送済です。追跡番号を確認したところ、お客様の商品は既に日本を発ち英国へ向かっています。日本から貴国へ通常5日~10日で届きますが遅れていると思われます。輸送、通関に問題がなければ遅くとも来週半ばに到着すると思います。恐縮ですが来週迄お待ち頂けないでしょうか。商品には保険をかけておりますので万一紛失の際も同一品の再送または返金対応が可能です
I apologize for causing you huge inconvenience because of undelivered item. It is a matter of transportation, however, I deeply apologize for this. As I already informed you, the item was already sent out on 6th. As I checked the tracking number, your item already left Japan and is being transported to UK. It usually takes about 5 to 10 days from Japan to your country, but I guess it is delayed. If there is no problem in transportation and customs clearance, I think it will arrive by middle of next week at latest. I'm afraid to ask but will you please wait till next week? The item is covered by insurance, so in case it is lost I can resend same item or make refund.
