しかし、suite numberが不明とのことで配達ができないでいます。
お手数ですがUPSにsuite numberを伝えて頂けますでしょうか？

For shipping FBA to Amazon Mexico, we shipped package by UPS to Texas.
The tracking number is ◯◯.
However, it cannot be delivered as suite number is not clear.
We are sorry to trouble you but could you tell suite number to UPS?
