2/5 に発送したご注文の商品ですが、保管期間経過との理由で日本に返送されてきました。
2/12 配達に伺ったようですが、ご不在のため郵便局に持ち戻りになり保管されていたようです。書留扱いなので不在票が入っていたと思いますが、お客様から再配達依頼の連絡がなかったため返送されたようです。再発送いたしましょうか? (今回は特別にこちらの方で再発送料を負担します) お手数かけますが、ご連絡いただけますでしょうか? 無事にお届けできることを願っております。

Regarding the item you shipped on Feb 5th - it has been returned to Japan due to the reason of the storage period progress.
It seems that it was delivered on Feb 12th, but was stored at the post office due to your absence at the time of delivery. I think that a notice was included as this shipment is treated as registered. Despite this, it seems that it was returned because there was no contact for any re-delivery requests from the customer. Shall I ship the item again? (We will bear the additional shipping fee this time) Could you please contact me? I hope it can be delivered efficiently this time.

Regarding your ordered item shipping on 5th of February, it was returned to Japan due to excess of limit of holding in house.
On 12th of February it seemed to deliver them again but resulted returning to the post office.
As this is an registered mail, there might be the slip for delivery notice, it was unable to deliver and finally returned to sender. Do I have to send again in this situation?( I will pay for shipping as our courtesy )
