2/5 に発送したご注文の商品ですが、保管期間経過との理由で日本に返送されてきました。
2/12 配達に伺ったようですが、ご不在のため郵便局に持ち戻りになり保管されていたようです。書留扱いなので不在票が入っていたと思いますが、お客様から再配達依頼の連絡がなかったため返送されたようです。再発送いたしましょうか？ (今回は特別にこちらの方で再発送料を負担します) お手数かけますが、ご連絡いただけますでしょうか？ 無事にお届けできることを願っております。
Regarding your order shipped on 2/5, it has been returned to Japan due to the expiration of the storage period.
It looks like they delivered on 2/12 but you were absent so the item was returned to the post office to be kept. Since the package was treated as a registered mail, I believe an absence form was left in the mailbox, however you did not contact them for re-delivery, it ended up being returned to us. Would you like us to ship it again? (This time, the shipping fee will be covered at our end). Sorry for the inconvenience, but would you please contact us?
