どのようにエレメントを薄くするかの検討と見積を技術に依頼していますので、
もう少々お時間をいただきたく存じます。
お客様は何について改善をしたいと考えているのでしょうか？
お客様が何に困っているのか、要点が分かりづらいので、整理して下さい。
どちらもゲルには効果があると思いますが、Aを今から製作するとR/Tが5-6ヶ月掛かる見込みなので、
Bから試されたほうが良いかと思います。Bは在庫ありましたよね？

We are considering the method to reducing the pressure by thinning and adding the volume of the element.
Please wait a little longer as we are currently requesting the technical team to consider and quote for how the elements are to be thinned.
What does the client wish to improve about?
Please sort out the points so that we can understand what it is struggling with.
We believe either one has an effect for the gel, but it would be better to try with B first since the R/T for creating A from now on will take about 5-6 months. You have inventory for B, right?

Please give us some more time since we are requesting the technology dep't to consider how to make the element thinner and estimate for it as well.

Since it is difficult to understand the main points as to what the customer is in trouble, please organize issues.
I think that both gels have an effect, but maybe it is better to try it from B since lead time is estimated to take 5-6 months when A is produced from now,. B was in inventory right?

we are planning to decrease the pressure by making a thin the elements and to increase the number of pieces. could you give me more time because we are asking how to thin the elements and estimate of the technology.

As I don't know the point of view therefore please figure out and summarize the point that customers have ?
Both seems to be effective for Gel, if we make A now R/T will be 5-6 months later, I recomend you to try B first. Do you have still stock B?
