Previously I applied twice for therapy courses by mistake.
Afterwards I asked for a cancellation but upon checking it seems I wasn't refunded.
I apologize if it's an error on my part but can I ask for the refund to be processed?

I mistakenly applied for the therapy course twice.
After realizing my error I asked for a cancellation, but it doesn't appear like I have been refunded yet.
