第10条(有効期間)この契約の有効期間は、契約締結の日から1年間とする。ただし契約有効期間満了の2か月前までに甲乙何れか一方から何らかの申し出が無い時は更に1年間契約を延長するものとし、以後も同様とする
第12条この契約に定めの無い事項については、必要に応じて甲乙協議して定める。特約条項1）乙が甲に対して支払う第3条の権利金は、次代理店資格として円也とし、いかなる場合も将来にわたって返金しない事を特約する
本契約を証する為、契約書2通を作成し甲乙記名捺印の上各1通を保有する

Article 10. Term of This Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall be one (1) year from the Effective Date, provided, however, that if neither party gives notices of its intention to renew this Agreement to the other by two (2) months before the expiration date hereof, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for additional one (1) year and will be renewed in the same manner for subsequent terms hereof.
Article 12. Matters not stipulated herein shall be discussed and determined by the parties hereto as the case may be. Special agreement 1) The key money to be paid by the Distributor to the Company A as set forth in the Article 3 shall be the consideration as a distributorship and shall not be returned to the Distributor under any situation in the future.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement in duplicate as of the Effective Date first above written, and each party shall keep one original copy hereof.
Article 12. Matters not stipulated herein shall be discussed and determined by the parties hereto as the case may be. Special agreement 1) The key money to be paid by the Distributor to the Company A as set forth in the Article 3 shall be the consideration as a distributorship and shall not be returned to the Distributor under any situation in the future.

Section 10 Effective date: The effective period of this Agreement shall be one (1) year from the date hereof. This Agreement hereunder shall continue for additional consecutive extension terms of one (1) year each until either party gives notice of termination to the other at least two (2) months prior to end of the current term.
Section 12:
Other terms and conditions, not provided for in this Agreement shall be deliberated and agreed upon by the both parties if necessary.
covenant1) The key money as a Section Three paid for Second Party from First party shall be by Japanese Yen as a licensed next agency and which is not refundable at any case.
In witness whereof, the both parties hereto have executed this Agreement in duplicate by placing their signatures and seals thereon, and each party shall keep one copy of the originals.

Article 10 (Time of validity) The validity of this contract is one year from the day of concluding it. But if there is no proposal from Party A or Party B until two months before the expiration of contract validity, then the contract will be extended for one year, it is similar afterward.
Article 12 For the items which are not decided in the contract, Party A and Party B should discuss and decide together, if possible. Special contract article 1）For the key money which Party B pays to Party A accroding to Article 3, as next agency qualification or other, will not be refunded in the future.
In order to prove the contract, two contracts will be made, Party A and Party B should hold one each after signature.
