商品到着致しましたが、外箱・内箱共に破損し、仕切りも無く保護も無くむき出しのままで内容物全てが傷だらけの状態でした。
新品との事で落札させて頂きましたが、届いた現物は中古品でした。

I have received the item but the box is damaged inside and out, and the contents have not been protected or divided in any way so everything arrived damaged.
This item was listed as new but what I received is clearly second hand.
I would appreciate it if you could deal with this as an honest seller and issue me with a full refund.

I received the item but the outside and the inside of the box was damaged and there was no divider or protection for the contents so they also had a lot of damage.
I bid on this item at the auction because it was new but the item I received was used.

I got the items, but the outer and inner cases were both broken and all were damaged so badly; you did not use partitions for them..
In addition I should have purchased a brand-new item, but it is a used one.
I ask your sincere reaction for this.

Although I have received item, the entire package, both outer and inner boxes, are highly damaged.
Since the items were not properly placed with partition nor wrapped with any protection, they got many scratches on the process of transportaion.
Furthermore, Items I received are pre-owned, not new as described.
I hope you could offer reasonable option for this matter.
