頂いた書類が私には以前に送ってもらったものと同じものだと思われました。
以前メールが届いたように私が依頼している会計事務所の見解は
下記のとおりです。
私では詳しく回答ができませんので申し訳ございませんが、
下記にもう一度メールをして、この書類がHMRCに提出するのに問題がないと
直接説明して頂いて宜しいでしょうか？

The document sent me seemed to me the same one I had had.
As a mail sent before, what the accounting tells me is as follows.
I am sorry I cannot answer in details, and so please email the following and could you explain if the document is all right to submit to HMRC by asking by email.
