先週は高熱で３日間寝込んでいました。
先週の火曜日のレッスンの後から体調が悪くなり
水曜日から土曜日まで会社を休みました。

金曜の夜が一番辛かったです。
昼間に寝すぎて夜寝れないのと
背中も痛くて全く眠れませんでした。

土曜の朝には少し落ち着いたので病院で薬をもらい
昼から出勤しました。

ですので先週はあまり英語の勉強が出来ませんでした。

木曜のレッスンの断りも出来ずでしたので申し訳ございませんでした。

ある程度回復しましたので
また頑張って行きたいと思います。
