We would recommend the WEB monitoring tool. Complaints and suggestions submitted to the center are of the voice of active customers. As a nature of Japanese people, they tend to walk away without saying anything when they are dissatisfied (silent majority). Over the WEB, many customers express their voice anonymously, so we can propose the tool which is able to search, pick up, and inspect to visualize their voices.

I recommend a tool of monitoring the website. The complaint and suggestion sent to center are voice of the customers who act actively. As characteristics of Japanese people, many customers do not insist even if they have a complaint and leave from there (silent majority). On the website, many customers insist their opinion anonymously. I suggest a tool to search the voice, find it, inspect it strictly and make it visual.
