”X”という題名の書籍に関して，３月に数週間後にはオンライン上で出版する予定とのメールを受けましたが，まだ出版されないのでしょうか？政府の研究費で料金を支払っているため，私のチャプターだけでも可能な限り早くオンライン上に掲載してほしいです．あまりにも当初の予定より遅れすぎだと思います．高価な出版料を公費で支払っており，大学側からも問い合わせが来ておりますので，早急な対応をよろしくお願いします．

Regarding to the book which title is "X", I received email mentions it would be published via online a couple of weeks later on Mar. Haven't it been published yet? Because we paid the fee from research expense of the government, I want you to post at least my chapter as soon as possible. It is too late than the first plan. We paid expensive publishing fee from the public expense and the university asked us the situation. Please do the proper response.
